Styling / photography of a series of coffee cups named Muoto Muki

CONCEPT

My client asked me to make photos of his designs in a Scandinavian atmosphere. He wants to use the photos to promote his products in high end magazines to attract the right target audience. The shape of the cups is characteristic and in these photos I wanted to emphasize the shape by showing the cups in a graphic setup. The props are carefully chosen because the idea of the mugs is born in Lapland. The land where the people drink coffee from their handcut wooden cups. The land where they rather drink it outside in the freezing cold.
