CONCEPT

The quantity of expats in Rotterdam is still growing. As well as the demand for furnished accommodations. In the same building as I designed an apartment in last year, my client bought another apartment. This big apartment in the heart of Rotterdam is totally renovated and provided with furniture and equipment. Ready to be used immediately. With the previous apartment I came into sight when the renovation was already completed. This time I started from the very beginning. Besides furnishing and styling I designed the bathroom, I picked out all the materials and colors and I did the entire project management. I managed the total renovation, I made the planning of procedure and I managed the workers on site.
